Chrome Lug Bolts $35
Set of 20 New chrome Lug Bolts. M12x1.5 thread, 39mm shank, ball seat. I ordered these for mounting 16" wheels on my W126, but they shipped me the wrong ones, and by the time they sent me the correct ones I had found another set.
These should fit the W201, W124, W202 and most other mid '80s up cars, and will also allow you to mount newer wheels to your older MB. Non-chrome bolts cost $4.50 or so each from the dealer. Asking $35 shipped.

Do you know if these will work with Pentas on a W123?
The standard bundt lugs are a bit too short. If so, I'd take em.
