My visit to daw's yard yielded fruit for me.

I took home a flawless center console piece, and laid claim to some nice 130k palimino front seats, but still need to work out the details.

Here is the center console all cleaned up.

One thing I did notice for W123 people with finicky ACIII controls is a new CCU in one of the cars. You can tell by the newer style paint on the temp nob and the buttons. Someone should snap that up.

Hey Tyler --- that CCU that you spotted had a "rebuilt" sticker on it. I pulled it before I went to Columbus. It is still available. You remember, that was out of the silver car with the blue interior. I keep wondering .....with a very good looking center console and a rebuilt CCU, would the Cruise Control amp work?

Here's are the BLUE Floor Mats and Carpet pieces that I pulled out of the silver 1985 300D w123:

The foam backing is in good condition on all 4 "floor" pieces or mats. If the terminology is incorrect, someone please correct me. One mat has some fading.

The carpets are in good condition with some running of the blue dye onto the white lettering.

Not as good as the one as Tyler got. I'll get some pics added. Everything out of the 1985 silver 300D with the Blue interior is nice.

Can you say "rebuilt" ACC unit with a tag?

Can you say 4 nice doors?

Can you say nice back seat?

Can you say at least good sun visors?

I saw this center console wood installed in Ol' Turbo a week and a half or so ago and it is just amazing. It is as nice as the wood in my '95 which is pretty much perfect.
You just don't see W123's with a piece of wood that nice!!!

I don't think complimenting your wares is a threadjack.

If you have minty 15" bundts I would pay up to a grand for them. No joke. I can get 14" for practically free just like everyone else.

. NOT. Yeah, I caught that you were looking for 15inchers --- sheesh! I don't think I have EVER spotted those. Is there some underlining feature that distinguishes them from the 14" bundts?
