Daw-Two,
That rear bumper is a Gen I Euro bumper.

Notice the bump that runs around the bumper below the chrome. Gen II Euro Bumpers are smoother and no pronounced bump.

BTW Rear Euro Bumpers, both Gen I and Gen II are the same Sedan or Coupe. Fronts are different.

I knew the year was wrong.....

and I was hoping someone would tell me the difference.

You, sir fellow forum member, have gone OUT of your way to actually post pics of the differences. Thank You, THANK You, and THANK YOU !!!

Chadahar, nice job on the pictoral tutorial! After examing the difference, I can't imagine anyone choosing gen-2 over gen-1.

Thanks Guys,
Glad I could be of help.
I'm EXTREMELY lucky to have two cars that are so equipped. Blue Bird is a Euro 500 SEC Coupe. Sylvia is a NA 560 SEL that came with the Euro Gen II bumpers. I hauled them home in the car and changed them out a few days later.

These bumpers would both look out of place on the other Generation of car.

I also noticed something different about your car Chadahar. The corner lights, they are American? Cuz I have a Euro, and my front corner lights are real orange, not yellow.
