In disassembling my (non-working) aux fan, I discovered that one of the brushes was jammed in the spring base, and would not extend. Therefore, no contact, and thus no fan spin.

Attempting to free it broke the brush, so now I believe I need to replace at least the base assy (metal cylinder with circuit board on the bottom with the brushes).

I don't need magnets, coils, windings, blades. I would look for just the brush, but connecting the electric might be too delicate, so if anyone has the scrap remains of an aux fan from which they robbed the brushes, please let me know.

Or if you have a suggestion for replacing just the one brush, I'm also happy to hear.
