Wanted: Valve body for 722.0 transmission
Looking for a valve body for a 722.0 transmission, prefer from a later 450SEL, but will take one from any later 722.0 unit (1977-1980)

4 Bolt Or 6 Bolt Pan???
I have a couple transmissions from the late 70's.. I will sent you the part numbers... Are you looking for a 4 bolt or 6 bolt... Jim

The number off the original was 116 270 43 07; the older one (probably would work as well) is 116 270 38 07. These are numbers that are ink stamped on the bottom of the valve body.

Transmission Part Number
116 270 20 01 722 120 02 072 792 is the number on the side of the transmission... This transmission will not go forward or backwards.. Jim

Your 116 270 4307 is for 722.004 from ser # 080001 for North American and South African trannies.
I have: 109 270 2007 722.000 and 7222.004 W3A 040 USA trannies 123 270 0007 for 722.119 worldwide
