Parting Out W111 Fintail Heckflosse 1967 230S 4 Door
I am parting out a 1967 230S 4 door sedan. Does anyone need anything?
Here are more pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/W111300SD/1967MercedesBenzW111230S# Does someone need a grille? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290407970149 Or an instrument cluster? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290407975468 By the way, I like W116 parts. |

Need all seats but shipping to 57105 SD) would be a bear, I'd guess. Also rear window ledge. Shipping a big hurdle. to 57105 ( SD )

I think the seats are spoken for and I don't think they would be worth shipping. The driver side door looks straight but when you look at it from the inside there are at least two spots that were pulled out with a dent puller and body filler is oozing out of the holes. I think I have the metal rear window trim.

How are the door panels? I don't NEED them, but I wouldn't mind having another set if they look better than mine. Also, did anyone ever buy the seats? I'm interested in the LF or RF seat cover. My driver's seat is the same color/pattern but with a few tears.
Thanks, David

Ok, nevermind. I looked at your pictures and mine are in better shape. How is the carpet? I'm open to purchasing at least the transmission tunnel piece.
Thanks, David

I will have to look at the carpet. The carpet that was in the car was totally trashed but I took some red carpet from a W108 that as I remember was still bad, but better than what was in there.

Squiggle Dog, Just the covers of the seats is what I need. The rest is OK on mine. If I was there I'd take the door anyway. I can do the metal work, shrinking, repairing etc. Don't like the crushed one I have. I have a lot of rust underneath but rest seems redeemable if I can get the time. ( Anybody have some time??) Floor pans are doable.
Thanks, anyway. Sparky |

$30 for the complete rear bumper plus shipping (might be around $30 through the post office, but not sure). The overriders have faded chrome and rust on top, while the bumper itself has dents and dings, though the right half is fairly straight.

Do you still have the 230S power steering pump? My 230S came was a few pounds "lighter" than it should have been (the pump was missing).

Just let me know when you get the final decision from your roommate. I can deal with the few damaged bits.
Thanks, Sparky |
