wtb: non asr electronic throttle actuator
it looks like i have a deal falling through on an e320 with asr
strong considering a 93 300ce (104 engine) I am almost positive this will need an eta.... i am looking to see what's out there and at what price

Lee,
Make sure that the ETA is the problem. I ended up with an extra one because everything pointed to the ETA but it looks like some type of electrical gremlin. . Sorry, mine is from my '93 300CE with ASR. It was rebuilt by BBA and I would like $250 for it. Anziani '96 300CE 190K '95 E420 120K |

i figured if i could pick up a non-asr for 100 or so used..it would be a backup if that was not the gremlin..

A word of caution, they are not interchangeable. I tried an ETA out of a '94 E320 on my 300CE. It worked but did not idle under 1000 rpm. Make sure the part numbers are the same. If you have EPC, type in your VIN and get the exact part number.
Good luck, Anziani |
