Fair price for '94 E320 sedan?

I've got a '94 E320 sedan that I'm thinking of trading in on a newer car. Its got very low mileage, only 36K and is in quite good condition. Can folks around here give me an estimate what I should expect to get for this when I trade it in?
Thanks in advance.
---Gary

I noticed that you don't post your location. Price has a lot to do with where you live. In Southern Calif., MB's are common, in good condition and reasonable compared to other parts of the country. No rust or salt for instance.
It also depends on what a buyer or dealer sees as to the condition. Best thing would be to go "shopping" in your area and see what the market is.

more info

Sorry for not providing more information in my first message.
I'm located in the NYC suburbs, about 1 hour north of the city.

The car is a 4 door sedan, with sunroof, CD changer, and analog phone built in. It hasn't been driven in the snow so it has no rust and is in pretty nice shape. Its got a minor nick in the paint on one door from someone banging it in a parking lot, but otherwise its very clean.

The dealer is offering up $15K for it and I'm not sure if thats a good offer or if I'm being low balled.

Thanks again for your assistance.

They are in line at 15K for trade. I would think it on the high side only because of the low milage.

Has the car had any wire harness or head gasket changes?

Thanks for the confirmation the dealers offer is reasonable.

The wiring harness has not been changed. The head gasket was repaired under warrantly in 1997 or 1998.

Arther - The color of the car is a sort of dark smoky grey. I don't recall the MB name for the paint. The interior leather is a light grey.
Greg - Thanks for checking the different price guides.
