vent windows, 111 sedan

Both left and right vent windows have the top pivot nub worn down and the "cups" they sit in on the top of the window are worn also. Does anyone know how to recondition the nubs and the cups??? This is a big problem because anyone with these styled windows knows this is our A/C unit in the the cars without A/C units hahaha!!! Appreciate any help. Doc.

Also the left and right chrome air ducts that are at the ends of the dash board are needed. Thanks again.

Don't think so but you got me thinking about the black one in the middle of your page. I need to double check on the 230S I had a few 220Sb and I'm thinking the vents are small in size and chromed with a manual door that closes the opening. I might be wrong, thanks for the info and I'll double check my original thought. Doc

Ziad that looks correct, do you have a part number? Or are those avalible?
can you measure the front and rear, I do have the tubes leading up to the dash so a measurement would let me know if whats there in the dash is correct. This car had way tooooo many "experts" working on it in the last 10 years so theres lots of undueing going on here hahaha!!! Thanks again let me know please Doc

Vent #'s are either:

110 830 08 54 & 07 54 left / right.

or

111 830 01 54 & 02 54 left / right

Yes available, dug them up over the weekend.

Tall side is 3 1/2 inches, short side is 2 1/4"

outside diameter is 1 1/4"

Thanks for the quick response. First let me say that I had a bad motorcycle accident a year ago March so some of the simplest tasks just aren't that simple for me now. Sometimes I need a friend to check out things with the car that I normally could have done in an instant. Things are different now.
On one side theres a vent in black and its a hard plastic, I think its off an older and lesser model? I might be wrong but thats my best guess. What you have looks correct but the opening of the vent system coming up to the dash has a one inch opening. I'm gonna have a friend come over tomorrow night and take the formed cardboard off from under the dash and follow the plumbing. hopefully its not a bunch of mismatched tubes immitating the correct plumbing. I will check the numbers you gave me and see if those vents belong on a 66 MB 230S. I appreciate your help very much. Doc

There are no part numbers on the vents, I had to look them up. Both the 110 and the 111 show the same vent but not the material they are made of.

The vent tubing can be reached by groping in the dark and putting your hand behind the dash. Best is to measure the vent pipe, but I now know these parts are correct.

I will be measuring the ends of the tubing under the dash tonite when a friend stops by. The other vents you have are they chromed or the flat black hard plastic? I'll get back to this thread tonite or tomorrow morning. Thanks again, Doc

Hard plastic / Bakailte.

My advice is not to look behind the dash as all are the same outside diameter.

Look at the gap in the dash and determine if it is round or oval, its that simple.

The openings are for an oval, and the tube ends with a one inch opening. The dash opening is hacked up abit on the drivers side but I think the vent will cover that and there should be enough wood material for the vent not to fall through, better be HA! What do you think Ziad? Doc
