Parting out my 82 300 CD

I have this car described in detail with pictures in the cars for sale portion here.

I am parting this one out now.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am going to take the radiator, engine, tranny, instrument cluster, driveshaft and rear end and put them into Pancakes who I am buying from TheDon.

Everything else is available. The seat coverings are rough but the tex door panels are pretty sweet. Lots of coupe only parts on here that might be good for someone. The mirrors are coupe only and both are manual. I am open to offers on everything. The headlight doors are pretty decent.

Once I sell off whatever folks want, I am going to clean off all the easily removed parts which go bad and take the shell to the scrap yard.

I need a passenger door in good shape - is yours rust-free?

What color is the interior? I need some coupe-specific parts in black (but I think you can use vinyl paint to change the color acceptably - if your rear side panels are good and C-pillar (or is it a B-pillar in the coupes?) panels, I'd probably be interested regardless of color.

I need rear window regulators and all door/side window glass as well.

I'll have to look at the RS door. It may be pretty good. The side glass is all good but the action on the regulators is a little spotty. They might be ok with new sliding parts or the big rivit. Palamino interior. Seats are leather but side panels are tex. I think the sides are pretty decent. I'll take a look when I get home tonight.

Ahhhh well, it has been sitting in my driveway for nearly a year and I am not using it so it has to go along with my ex autocrosser 280e.

rs door is rough but straight. multiple surface rust spots and one place near the corner that may have some perforation under the surface stuff if probed.

OK, now I am going to get the engine and so forth out of it in the next couple of weeks.

I will either take the lot to the salvage yard and get maybe 300 for it or would rather sell it to someone who can use the coupe only parts for their coupe.

Anyone game for the rolling chassis for $300?

Interested, but not sure when exactly I can make space and get it here... So only if you don't mind it sitting around for a few months. So probably not I'm guessing.

GLWS though!
