hi, can you please clarify for me - does that cover electrical and chassis as well, or just service to the engine block?

That manual works for things only under the hood. The W123 Chassis and Body manuals are separate. (2 Volumes)

How many pages is it please?

It does not have page #'s, it's big like a phone book, 400 pages? printed 7/82
