If you mean the rubber foot pad for the driver's side, then yes. If you are speaking of the heavy foam padding on the back of the factory carpet, then no, you must reuse the original padding or buy new from MB.

This set is intended to replace all of the carpeting on the tunnel, floorboards and such. It is all cut and sewn to fit as would come from the factory.
