Vintage Gap Pump Anyone?

I know this isn't a car part, but its car related.

I bought this a while back but it won't fit in my house, its nearly 10 feet tall, and I don't really have people hang out in my shop so its really only being enjoyed by me. The person I bought it from had it outside under the eave of their standalone shop behind their house, looked super cool. The problem is I live in a Victorian home near downtown with no yard and no garage, and the garage where I keep my cars is in an industrial park downtown, so I can't put it outside.

Its a Wayne Visible gas pump, it looks to have been restored several years ago. Its in pretty good shape, the globe is glass but I am pretty sure it is a reproduction. The fuel tank is acrylic not glass, and the pump mechanism inside has been removed, the pump handle still moves though. The hose and nozzle are also newer and look great.

There is a bulb in the Mobil globe and there is just a standard wall plug that runs out the bottom so it lights up when you plug it in.

There is a scratch in the front of it that was touched up, you can see it in the second picture that's before the touch up. It was scratched when it was delivered to me.

I've seen similar pumps restored do $4500-5000 on ebay. Given some of the un-originality and it being an older restoration, I was thinking more like $3,000.
