Howdy,

They look the same as om617's, 603's, so I am saying yes. The only possible issue is whether or not the top threaded part has a different metal fitting (the hard steel lines from IP to injector). For example, the 617 has a 17mm nut at the end of the steel line. That nut part screws onto the threaded part, 603's have 14mm, et cet.) If it's somehow different, then I would need a spare piece of injector line and that fitting to go onto the top of the injector / threaded part.

For example, GM Bosch are totally different so I had to get a piece of that steel line and fitting that screws onto the threaded part (top) of the injector.

If its the same, then same turn around time. If not the same, then I would need the steel line and fitting. I can grab the adaptor to my pop tester locally. This would expand the turn around time by a few days. I would need to either find at the JY this metal line with fitting or you provide one.

Thanks,

pre chambers

yes, I can do those as well. As with injectors, I use no acids, caustic sodas, or mechanical means. They will come out near surgically clean. If you want to pull them and send them with your injectors, then thats fine.

Oh sheesh... I need this but don't have the $$$... I need to sell my motor, then maybe I can pay for it.

Would you be willing to just sell me set of nozzles, & if so, how much do you want?

Greazzer-
That other source of Monarks says to use the DNOSD261 nozzle for 61X engines and to use the DNOSD265 nozzle for the 603. Do you know which you have in your photo? I already own 5 of the DNOSD261 nozzles, but am thinking perhaps I should instead have the injectors on my 603 upgraded. If you have the DNOSD265 nozzles, I might be interested in seeing if I could trade you for my DNOSD261s. Thanks.

These are #261's, which are a slight upgrade to the 240/. Before the crowd jumps me, one can use 240/ or 261's for the OM617.9XX engine. I do have a set of 5 USED really nice 265's however, Germans. Willing to part ways with them for 35.00 shipped.

No, not selling just nozzles. These come with the service. Either 616 or 617, or other applications.

I was replying so that I could click on your quoted post so that I would have a link starting at your Monark ad to send to the guy right above (^^^) who has injectors that need serious help. Is that good?

...I'm not the injector king (that's you, I guess)... would those work in my '82 300SD? The car is nailing like a carpenter who is overdue on a project.

If they would, PM me your PayPal info and I'll have $$$ coming your way .
