I don't run Crisco, or WVO... neither did any of the POs... and I don't think that greazzer cleans injectors with Crisco (?).

Dont Hi-Jack the Thread. If you want to bash WVO/WMO/or whatever, start a thread or jump on someone else's bandwagon. Rather old commentary, and incredibly irrelevant.

Just installed injectors that Mark rebuilt with Monark nozzles. They look and perform perfectly. Thanks Mark! I will recommend you to other folks looking for injector rebuilds.

I would agree - Mark does an amazing job rebuilding injectors. Mine also were Monarks. Thanks as well to Mark!

Bump,

I got 3 sets of BRAND NEW MONARKS remaining. $219.00 shipped CONUS. They will look and perform like new. I will clean, pop test, and balance your injectors at FSM or much better. PM if interested. OM617.9XX engine application. Also 4 and 6 cylinder.

Thanks,

Just testing the waters but do you have any 617 non-turbo injectors?

I currently have a set of USED Germans no turbo (NA). However, I do not think the current manufacturing distinguishes between Turbo and Non. If you want fuel sippers, then try to find a set of #1930's.

How about if I can't afford to have the car down that long? Can you source some used injectors, rebuild them and then sell me the rebuilt set? How much would a rebuilt set be?

Thanks,

Packman

Hello,

This is what I offer: Options--

1. Send me your injectors and I will perform my service which is $87.50 shipped CONUS;

2. Send me your injectors and I will install new nozzles and service and that is $219.00 shipped CONUS;

3. Get either #1 or #2 above, but with "loaners" and return to me your rebuildable cores once you install. Cores need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the injectors I send you. Word on Loaners. I stopped doing it for a while because folks "forgot" to return to me their injectors OR I got injectors but not from a MB OM617, et cet. For example, one guy thought it was ok to send me a box of gas injectors from what I have no idea. So, its a matter of trust I guess at this point.

4. Buy plug and play, with no "cores". So, if you wanted injectors and some nice used GERMANS and the service, it's $135 shipped CONUS. That is, 5 injectors which are now yours, pretty decent used injectors, and the service.

The above has been my general pricing since 1 March 2013. Special order or special nozzles or settings, PM me for specifics.

Thanks !

Hello Everyone,

A few updates:

1. I currently have six (6) sets of NEW German nozzles for sale, OM617.9XX engine. The price is the same: $219.00 shipped CONUS for completely rebuilt injectors (set of 5).

2. I got a few sets of cores "loaners" back in the mail over the past few days. Therefore, I can send rebuilt sets the day payment is received instead of you sending me your cores and waiting a week. I will STILL need your cores back once you do the swap. Right now, from January 2013 to June 30, 2013, I have "lost" 3 sets of cores - loaners. I have concluded to write those off since the prior customers have not responded to any emails and 10 months (or less) has passed which is enough time to respond. I will continue to trust folks and not charge a CORE charge.

3. Now, I can also accept Dwolla as well as PayPal. Because of PayPal fees increasing to 3.9% a number of months ago, as well as a general price increase in all the different items used - needed to rebuild a set of injectors, as of January 1, 2014 the price for a set of 5 injectors (NEW German nozzles and the service) shipped CONUS will go to $235.00. Sorry for the price increase, but the pricing of simple stuff has jumped a lot while some pricing has remained the same. For example, kudos to the USPS -- their prices have remained constant and in some regards went down a few pennies. However, for example, the price for all the different chemicals I use for the 4 separate bathes costs around $125 dollars now -- that will cover about 8-10 sets of injectors before the active ingredients lose their mojo. A year ago, those 4 chemicals cost about $80. Even buying in bulk will not make a dent and even substituting with lesser quality does not really help with the costs.

Thanks again!

Could you do my OM602.911 (I believe that is the correct code) injectors? I'd like new Bosio nozzles if you can get them or just Monark nozzles, could you give me a quote on both of those?
