Howdy,

I don't believe I have ever done injectors for a M103. So, not sure you want to be the first. Do you have a picture of what they look like ? If it's similar to a more modern engine fuel injector, then that is most likely something I won't try to tackle. I got the old skool diesel injectors down pat ...I do a lot of Bosch's for other applications, not many when compared to MBs.

Injector service

Can you service a set of six 97 E300D 606.912 motor injectors? What's the cost and turn around time? If fair and reasonable, what's the mailing address?
Thanks, Paul

Hello,

Yes,
Cost is $103.50 for a set of 6 shipped CONUS.
Turn around is generally a week, that includes shipping unless something comes up.
If your nozzles pee, et cet., there's no fix to that other than R&R. This also assumes your injectors are not damaged and they are rebuildable. I recently had a bunch of sets that had one issue after another.
I take PayPal or Dwolla. PM if interested.

Thanks

Bought the car new in 1997 and now at 250K highway miles. Pulled the head to lap the valves and will be replacing the GP. The car runs good so I assume the FI are OK but now seams the logcial time to freshen them. I'm OK with the price, payment method and ready to send. I'm a new site member and communicating through this site is new to me. Please let me know how to proceed.
Paul

Only two sets left at 2013 Pricing

As a follow-up to a prior post of mine, I am slightly increasing my pricing come 1 January 2014. I have been eating the costs this year so I have to bump them a hair.

I currently have two (2) sets of NEW Monarks #261s remaining and I will not be getting new stock in until after 1 January 2014. A set is 5 nozzles, but I can break up a "set" for the 240D owners out there and adjust the pricing.

Service, new nozzels, and shipping CONUS is $219.00 for a set of five until 31 December 2013. Shipping is USPS with tracking and $200 worth of insurance.

The few folks who PM'd me: I generally do not "reserve" any injector work or nozzles until I am paid, et cet. I have been burned too many times. Nothing personal, just that after about a dozen or so, "I desperately need XYZ ...", and then I go ahead and buy it, get it ready, I PM the person and I hear crickets.

Thanks again, and PM if interested.

SALE !

Currently, I have the following in-hand and ready for sale. Pictures are attached.

#261 Monarks, NEW. I have four (4) sets for sale. I cannot break up the sets for 4 cylinder applications.

This is for the OM617.9XX engine. Set of 5, which includes 5 new heat shields and one meter of return line. Includes full service. They will look and perform like new when your MB left Germany. Shipped CONUS $229.00. In otherwords, current pricing has remained the same for this year (what remains of it) and NEXT year and the extra is for the heat shields and return line.

Once these sell, not sure when I will get some new stock in hand. I will need your REBUILDABLE injectors sent to me. If your car is truly your DD, then I am stuck applying a refundable core charge of $100.00. I have been burned by SEVEN (7) folks over the last 18 months who failed to return their injectors, so I am forced to impose a core charge. Conditions are the following: you must return to me your rebuildable injectors within 30 days and they must be MB injectors which are rebuildable. Sending me injectors which have broken nipples, non-MB injectors, or even numerous parts of injectors do NOT count. Sorry for the rule making, but over time the antics of some folks have caused me to do this.

Turn around time is the same, 48-96 hours, depending on how funking your injectors are. If you burn or suspect WVO has been used, please let me know. That adds a little bit of time and possible issues.

PM if interested. Thanks in advance.

Some new stock in hand ...

Some stock in hand, not much. As usual, first pay first come. Here are some snappies. 1 set of #261s and 2 sets of #1930s

#261 Monarks: $229 Shipped CONUS, includes 5 new shields, 1 meter of return line, complete service, pop tested, and balanced better than FSM. Turn around is the same, 48-96 hours.

#1930s, German Made, ideal for NA617 or OM616 non-turbo applications, Fuel sippers. Same as above, but pricing is $249.00; 4 bangers are $209.00.

PM if interested. Currently, limited sets of loaners (need deposit on loaners since certain folks still have "forgotten" to return loaners, e.g., 6 sets now with the oldest being around 18 months ago).

Thanks in advance !

They'll be on there way in the morning. Thanks. And I will triple tape the freakin' box!

P.S. You did my '92 300D injectors. 35,000 miles later, they're doing great.
