The one I had is in pieces and the plastic is cracked. I am trying to dig up some more.

I need to replace about 2 feet of front corners.
Yes I can cut out rockers if needed @ $100 per rocker.

I need the interior door wood trim, the stuff that goes around the inside of the window frame for a 72 280se. Condition of the finish is not important as long as the wood is not cracked.

The windshield bows are hard to come by and when they do show up they sell fast.

You may think you are seeing rust but I inspected this piece myself front and back there is no rust. That spot you see was later wiped off with my hand. Some of you guys act like I am trying to dump this stuff on you. Not the case, I could sell this stuff with much less effort on ebay and for more money. The few times that I got parts together 2 backed out and 1 actually bought the part. As of now I am done with this. PM me if you are serious about buying a part. Otherwise it's time for me to move on.

if you're looking to make a living selling parts here you won't; if you're trying to help out then you may have to deal with tons of indecision and some people who don't care about wasting your time. i had a member negotiate a price on a part, directly ask me to hold it for him for a month, and then proudly buy it from another member. no contact, no "hey, sorry but i found it cheaper", no accountability whatsoever. as fine a place as this forum is, there are people here, just like everywhere else, that just don't get it.

BUYER BEWARE: thegermanstar is a thief/crook and a dishonest vendor. I would strongly discourage anyone from "buying" anything from him. He cashed my check 2 weeks ago and won't send me the part. Fortunate for me, it was only a $20 lesson. But I hope others don't get ripped off by this loser.

If you read through this thread, you can see how annoyed he got with people on our forum. I suspect he took my money as some sort of petty revenge on the forum. He hasn't been back to the forum in a while, and hopefully he will never return.
