FS: Fuel Injectors, Heat Shields, and Return Line

I have a like new set of injectors for the 240D / W123. Here are some pictures. The nozzles have virtually no wear on them. I would say less than 5K miles. I tried a few close-ups of the nozzle ends to show how "new" these are. Included are four new heat shields and a bag of return line. The return line is used, but it ranges in age from just a few weeks to some which is older, but still plyable. Some of the return line was mine but I swapped out my injectors. This is plug and play and everything is here/ needed for an injector swap. $100 Shipped anwhere CONUS. My service for 4 injectors is $72.00, so this is a pretty decent deal. The injectors are cleaned to near surgical cleanlinees, pop tested, and balanced 1,650 +/- 25 PSI which is beyond FSM which is 50 +/-. No core deposit necessary, and these are ready to ship. PM if interested. Thanks!

Howdy,

I am reducing these to $90.00 for a quick sale. So, in essence, the injectors are really selling for $17.50 since my service costs $72.50 for a set of 4 shipped CONUS. I am including new heat shields and bag of used, buy re-usable return line.

Thanks.

Bump ... OK $80.00 shipped CONUS. I will try a better picture of the nozzle ends. As stated, almost like new. Comes with heat shields and gently used return line.

am very interested, but it will be a couple weeks until i have some "disposable" income......my car runs pretty nice with the 320k injectors, but its time for better ones obviously....

your price of 72 for servicing a set, that is + shipping and then return of the old injectors as cores, correct ?

Greazzer-
I would like your help improving the injectors on my 220D, but there is a complication. It has the hard return lines which I guess were more prevalent on the pre-w115 cars. I put a picture of a similar set up to mine in post 20 of this thread:
Injector nozzles

As you can hopefully see, all the injectors are tied together with metal return lines, so I don't know if they would be in the way when you are trying to pop test them. The overall shape of the injector is a little different too. So here are my specific questions:
1) Are you familiar with the hard return line set-up and would you be able to replace the nozzles for me? I have some monarks which I would probably try, but honestly I don't know if they will work in those old injectors
2) I would prefer to keep the car as close to original as possible, but if you don't want to deal with the old injectors, then I would like to purchase the 4 injectors you have posted here. Obviously, that assumes that BenzDieselTuner is okay with it. I don't want to cut in "line."

Thanks for your help.

I will answer both questions here:

1. Turn-around time is generally a week from when I get them. So, if I get them on a Monday, that's really Monday evening for me. It takes about 72 hours to clean them, et cet., so they are going into the mail on Thursday/Friday priority mail. Then, you should get them back on Monday assuming the mail service does its thing. As for the one's I am selling, there is no down time. They are ready to go, plus these are a known commodity. Many injectors I get for servicing are worn and only R&R can fix the situation. Of course, these time frames change if I get a broken injector body, or the rare occasion where someone thought it was a good idea to JB weld the injector halves ... LOL.

2. As for other injectors, no issues if the threaded part is the same as the om617 injector. If it's different, then I would need a new fitting for my pop tester. So, if these have the same 17mm nut and presumably the same threaded end, then its the same so same turn around and not biggie. I am now doing GM injectors, and other makes. The only challange is finding a scrap piece of steel line and fitting.

Hope this helps. If not, re-post and I will take another jab at it.
