FS: W108 280 S Radiator (280S, SE, SEL)
I had a parts car (1968 280 S) from which I took the engine to install in my 1967 250 S. The radiators are different sizes so I ended up with a good working radiator / trans cooler / oil cooler. And the corresponding shroud. According to EPC, it should fit:
108.016 (280S) 108.018 (280SE) 108.019 (280SEL) 109.016 (300 SEL NOT V-8 car, not very early 6) The part number on the radiator is 108 501 0001 The core value at the junkyard is $70 I think. Maybe it was $50. I don't know. Anyway, the parts car ran fine and didn't overheat. Other than that, I can't tell you anything about the radiator other than it is dirty on the outside. Pics attached. Local pickup only for $75, or pay me a BUNCH to pack it and ship it. Scott |

FWIW, I've packed multiple radiators before... it's actually pretty easy. Just pad the thing with wadded-up newspaper, wrap cardboard around it, tape it up, and ship it for $20 Standard Pot.

I'm in the Los Angeles area. I still have the radiator but it isn't exactly for sale. It's associated with my 1967 250 S (even though it won't fit that car) and the 250 S now belongs to my former car buddy who worked on it with me. Technically the extra parts (including the radiator) are his. If you want it send me your contact info and I'll pass it on to him.
