WTB: W123 driver's seatbelt

I am looking for a seatbelt unit for the driver's seat of an 85 300D. Please get back to me here or via PM if you've got something available. Thanks!

I'm parting out a 1984 300D. Would a belt from that work? How urgent is this (like, "Dude, I have no belt", or like "Yeah, my belt's a bit worn")? In other words, do you need it in the mail tomorrow or can you wait around for a few days?

I think that the 1985 had a unique retract mechanism.
I pulled seat belts out of an 85 and never used them because of this extra piece they had.
So I guess that means I have a set.
Did you need the clasps as well?

Fattyman, I'm actually taking the seats and belts from an 85 and putting them into my 80 240D. The driver's belt had a strange silver rod on it and I had a lot of trouble fitting it into the pillar. I tried finagling it in there and the pretensioner compartment popped off.

Those are the ones. They are a PITA to get back in but obviously if they come out they go back in so....
These have the smaller buckle correct?

Yes, and with a plastic casing around the actual clip, which is completely different than the pre-'81 design I'd been using.

You can have both of mine for $40 shipped. I don't have the seat clasps though.

Do they both have the silver rods? Driver and passenger?
