I appreciate the offer, but when you add in shipping it puts it in the price range of a brand new one.
So I'm hoping to find one locally for a good bit less.

Google Ricks European in St. Pete. Not a PNP, but a salvage yard that specializes in, you guessed it, European vehicles. They have some 123 on the lot.

I have a pretty nice one (it had a teeny bit of surface rust but it has been brushed and re-painted with a good coating)
How about $35 + shipping? It might fit in a larger flat rate postal box.
