yes, Florida. Mounts under the drivers or passengers seat depending on bracket

If I'm not mistaken, these screw directly into the sheet metal face under the front seat, so I think all parts are accounted for, except for screws and the extinguisher itself--and you probably don't want to use a vintage extinguisher anyway if your climate control faceplate starts smoking.
