Radiator fan with thermoclutch, a new Behr one that was probably installed less than a 2 years ago but the car, a 1994 S350D, sat for one of those 2 years until I parted it out. $50 plus shipping
I have the radiator also, a Behr that is very clean $100 plus shipping.

jusme, I plan on using the turbo on a W124 upgrade.
