From 1984 300SD 422k mile California rust free car at PicAPart:
Both tail lenses with entire assembly in great condition
Alternator = bench tested at local big box auto shop
Alternator bracket in very good condition (bolt is not bent or stripped)
Turbo = from turbo back including downpipe, no play in the shaft (I can inspect it more if you have specific questions about it)
Front calipers = I can rebuild for you (have done this before), or buy as is in unknown shape
Intake manifold with EGR attached = will clean before sale and can remove/block off EGR for a couple extra bucks
