I'm looking to generate some funds for bodywork on my 300D, and I have an extra manual swap kit here from a 4-speed 240D that was fitted with an OM617 engine. This means that you can fit your 300D with a four speed, and everything is bolt in ready; no driveshaft or shift linkage modifications required. The flywheel, existing clutch, transmission, clutch pedal and hydraulics, shifter/linkages, driveshaft, transmission crossmember, and assorted bolts will be included.

I will be digging the parts out tomorrow to look them over closely, and will update the thread with further details after inspection. I can say right now that the shift knob and boot are MIA, but everything else is present.

Given the added bonus of not having to modify the driveshaft, shift linkages, or find an oddball crossmember, I'm looking to get $600 plus shipping. Complimentary delivery and the obligatory friendly Mercedes diesel chat within the greater Seattle area is possible, but anything further away will likely require freight shipping. I am prepared to package everything up all neat and tidy on a pallet, if needed, so don't be scared if you're not local to the Seattle area.
