Posting for a friend who decided to part out his 1985 300TD after discovering major rust damage to the frame underneath. I'm taking the engine (and some of the guts that go with it) but most other parts are available as well as some brand new OEM parts. Just to name a few highlights:

What about those fenders they trashed too? They look ok in pics, but pics are deceiving.

Fenders were both in great shape last time I looked at them, but I will have the owner send me photos and post them.

Rear hatch doesn't open, latch is damaged. The car is being towed away to the junkyard soon, may already be gone. I was hoping to pull the differential for myself if I can get longer wrenches or something for those damn subframe bolts. If the car is still there, I will go next weekend for any requested parts.

Car hasn't been towed away just yet, but will be soon. Front passenger and both rear window regulators still available, headlight + signals, rear seat, SLS junk...
Finally pulled the differential for myself, had to lower the whole subframe! What a job...
