Turns out the spare was from '79. Three other rims are from '73. ONE Rim is from 3/71. Here is a picture. Good news, there is no tire to dismount.

Here is a picture. Unfortunately I cannot find the freaking key (Called Dealer, ...sure, $50 will get me a new one).
If this is the model you are looking for, I will take it out, and put 12V to it somehow and make sure it works.
As it is, I want to make sure the power antenna still works too, so no big deal

dang, the wheel you have is not the same style as what I need.

Mine have the slots in it and provisions to mount the 2 piece type hub caps.
I need a wheel that looks like this, for a 1971 280sl I am working on.
