Wanted: Becker Grand Prix for my 1983 300SD.

I have one off of my 1987 300TD. It works. Give me an offer.

Be aware that these units have a memoryless security system, so when they are disconnected from the batery, they need to be reset by a dealer.

I didn't realize that later models of Grand Prix use security codes. My original Grand Prix doesn't. It is a model #612 and has a narrow window. If I can't set the code myself, I guess I'll have to pass on yours -- my dealer won't even say hello for under $100... Thanks anyway.

The resetting itself is actually very simple. The dealer has a little tool and it is a 1 minute job, at least from what I heard.

I just replaced it with a CD player beacuse I want to have CD.

It is Becker Grand Prix Model 754. It was a factory unit on my 1987 300TD. Yes, it works properly (radio and cassette) whe it was take out of the car. I want $50 plus shipping. Otherwise I just keep it as a souvenir.
