The rear view mirror is also in good condition, although it does swivel easier than normal, it stays secure though, even going over rough bumps.

The w123 rear wagon headrests are different from those used on w116 seats, front or rear.

The rear view mirror (assuming you mean on the door, outside) might work but is not identical.

I may have blue headrests, PM sent.
