I found a pair of Round Hella European Headlights for the W123. They aren't in the best of shape, kind of aged as anyone would guess, may be some tiny parts missing from them (a screw here and there) but I can't say for sure. The reflectors are a bit hazed and messed up, looks like someone went to polish them and completely wore a section down.

They are vacuum adjustable I'm guessing from the black vacuum pods in the rear. I would consider these for parts or repair. The lenses are okay, driver side looks like a recent replacement with some pitting but not as much as the passenger side. No chips or cracks on either lens.
