I am looking for the clamp and the bracket # 35 and to the right of # 65 in picture. The dual fuel pump clamp and floor bracket.

The floor bracket (#65) is the same as I have labeled it.
What I have called the triple clamp (your #35) holds one fuel pump, the filter, and the accumulator; it holds three pieces, hence, a triple clamp.
The second fuel pump is held in a separate clamp, that then is bolted to the triple clamp.
