You might look at Curt 11614
CURT Manufacturing - CURT Trailer Hitch #11614

You can get it for $150ish on Amazon...

While you may think that euro hitches look cool, they don't provide the required (in the states) connection for safety chains. If you don't care, fine. If you lose a trailer you might have a big liability issue.

most often i never see anyone actually using safety chains not required in all states. I was almost killed once in an accident --church bus towing a trailer with jet skis came loose and totald my first car - a 67 ss camaro coupe.
or simply weld on a -or two small sections of plate, drill two holes and use insta links from the hardware store
the people who have inquired-greyhound to the closest depot--hold for pickup is the cheapest way to ship

Oh, I don't know...Oris Euro hitch with trailer safety chains connected to rear tow hook on the coupe. Drove from Newport Beach, CA to the Jersey Shore and back over 7,000 miles and 9 months. The trailer hitch called for a 2" ball. The Oris is 1mm smaller. No hitch problems.

Thule, Number 300 feet with 50" bars. The "Tank", as MB calls it, is an original factory option. Part #123 840 15 62

That setup is one of the greatest I've ever seen! Everything from the car, rack stuff, and trailer is just spectacular! Congratulations on getting that gear together.

I've got to go now. I need to change my shirt due to drolling!!
