I purchased this turbo from another forum member and it was not represented honestly. It was sold to me as an OM603.970 turbo for my '91 350SDL. Once it arrived I knew something wasn't right. While this turbo will mount into a '91 350SDL and function it is NOT what I wanted to purchase. It was not designed for the OM603.970. Yes, that matters to me. The seller has basically said, "Tough luck!".

I now am offering this turbo for sale. I do not know the mileage on the turbo. I would have to go by information from the person who sold it to me and I can't guarantee the accuracy of that information. Miles unknown. I CAN tell you that it was designed for an '86-'87 300SDL according to the identification tag on the turbo compressor housing. The compressor wheel spins freely and I cannot detect any noticeable play in the shaft.
