the car is not really worth fixing up

i do have clear TN title

tons of parts but
the bad
no gas tank or correct fuel pumps
wiper motor don't work
blower motor and resistor don't work
headlight switch don't work good
ignition switch all apart
right front damage,hood and front bumper
tires dry rot
some slight hail damage,paint and clear
fading and peeling
no battery
