Currently, I have around 300-350 used GERMAN #240/'s which were the original nozzles used in the OM617.95X turbo engines.

Out of those 300-ish nozzles will be around 3 to 5 sets of non-peeing, decent nozzles.

For $139.00 shipped CONUS, I will

Complete Service on your injectors
5 new heat shields and 1 meter of return line
Installed used #240/'s
Video tape (disk) which shows your pop testing, non-peeing, non-split cone spraying injectors (around 5 to 7 minutes long -- too long to upload).

Your injectors will look like new, and pop/spray without peeing, et cet., and balanced better than FSM. I must receive re-buildable nozzle holders.

PM if interested. Once I get down to around 50-ish nozzles, I will update the thead to determine if those last 50 contain 5 good ones. Currently, a service only for a set of 4 or 5 is $99.00. Add PP fees & postage, consumables, costs of HS & RL, that brings the price of the used nozzles to around $10 bucks.

Down to around 60 or so, so withdrawing the offer ... not enough for a set any more based upon probability and prior odds of getting good used ones. Blasted through well over 1,500 nozzles in the last 2 months ...

Just want to put a good plug in for Mark. He recently did 4 injectors for my om616, and it's running great.
Also, he did 6 for my om603, and its running great. Great service, great turn time.

x 2-a million on that, Mark did an unreal job on my frankenbenz injectors for the 300TD wagon. What were cobbled together somethings are now real deal MB injectors. Thanks Mark!

Are you available to rebuild mine. Supposedly they are rebuilt with monark nozzles. But that could be all story from previous owner. It shakes like crazy at idle but runs perfect and motor mounts are new. Going crazy!
