Here's the website of a company that can solve your arm rest problem, www.worlduph.com . They have all the Mercedes upholstery fabric and the exact colors, so your arm rest will be the exact fit, etc. I've picked up several replacements from them and have been very satisfied. They a great catalog but it costs $15.00 with samples of all the colors and materials.
