Wanted: W126 Gen II Front Spindle Knuckle Hub Assemblies
Hello! I am in the process of upgrading my W116 300SD to Gen II W126 brakes and adding an ABS/traction control system and I need both front spindle knuckle hub assemblies from a 1986 or later W126.
These have holes for the VSS/ABS sensors while the original W116 and Gen I W126 ones do not. I found a car at the local pull-a-part with the correct spindles but they would absolutely not come off, so I thought that I would turn here before I turned to Ebay. |

Just FYI, my 10/84 build 300SD has ABS. Would make sense all late '84 production cars such as the 380SE, 500SEL, and 500SEC also have ABS.

I know that W124 / R129 can have 2 different tone ring pitches on the wheel hub even though physically early and late interchange. I wonder if that extends to other models.
