Here are some front seat belts for W114/W115, two sets, early and late.

The early style set has the separate shoulder belts that don't retract. These came out of a '73 220D. There's an extra shoulder strap. $115 shipped in the USA.

The later style set is the standard 3 point design that fully retracts. One retractor works well but the other grabs when pulling out and could use a little attention to get it functioning better. $115 shipped in the USA.
