FS: Becker Europa model 466

I bought this radio several years ago for my 1982 240D before realizing it wouldn't be period correct! I was new at the game. I bench tested it at the time and it worked fine. PM me and we'll discuss price if interested.

I'm no Becker expert, but this looks to me like it is the base Europa, likely towards the end of the seventies.earlier versions had 5 pushbuttons, not 6, and the buttons would have had m or u on the button face, not am or fm.

I have an interest that is inversely proportional to price, pm me with a price.

Jim

This similar version came in my 1979 300CD, only difference is it is called a 'Becker Europa II Stereo'. Everything else is the same.

It's the base Europa. By 1982 it switched to having 6 buttons. Units for the US market were marked with AM FM buttons not M U buttons. Dial scale also goes up to 108 for FM.

Please give me a call regarding the radio. I have an 81 wagon that has a Kenwood that has given up the ghost. My number is (901) 857-2338.

Thanks! Tom

Price for the Europa will be $250 shipped. If you don't think that's reasonable, by all means, make me an offer. This is now on Ebay as well.
