WTB: W123 manual AC controls/trim

Need to replace a broken automatic AC controller, and I'd rather replace it with the manual setup. Not sure what all I need to do this, but the most important parts I need are the controller itself and the zebrano trim.

I have the plastic trim piece and knobs from a 240D. Zebrano trim is very difficult to find. Peach Parts Wiki has a guide for converting to manual: PeachPartsWiki: Auto to Manual Climate Control Conversion

Wow, I didn't realize how involved the manual swap is. >_<

Also looks like yours only has the heater controls.

Heater and A/C controls are separate with the manual system. This is the console of my 1983 300D Euro:

Hm. I like the idea of minimizing electronics, but wasting that much dash space on two heater controls I'll never use (I live in Houston) makes my industrial designer instincts twitch.
