I have the correct MB factory front DS section and the linkages (not sure if the linkages x3 were mod'd or came from the factory) from a 5 speed W123 for diesel applications (Getrag 717.400) 5 cylinder, e.g., OM617.912 / 952.

I want to trade the above items for the correct, MB factory (no-mod's at all) 4 cylinder (OM616) front DS section and the correct 3 shift linkages from a Getrag 717.400 set-up.

So, the starting point is having the somewhat rare Getrag 717.400 5 speed set up.

Want to trade the 5 cylinder set-up I have for the 4 cylinder. And NO, the gasser set-up does not work. Only the Getrag 717.400 is the only drop-in 5 speed for the W123 diesel.

The five speed set-up for the five cylinder came out of my former DD which I parted the drivetrain. So, it is known commodity.
