1983 Mercedes 300d. This lever sits atop the valve cover. It is part metal and part plastic. It has two bumps sticking out that push in two buttons that control vacuum to the transmission. Part is not available from online sources. Any help appreciated.

Go to a pull apart yard or junk yard. That's what I'd do.
