FS: Euro Trailer Hitch, W123
I have the entire set-up W123 Euro Trailer Hitch. The hitch includes the wiring socket on bracket which is normally missing. Pictures coming soon.
$400 plus shipping and PayPal Fees. NO PARTS are missing. Normally the inner arms are missing or the electrical socket is busted off. This is the complete hitch to include all fasteners. |

Will do. I owe them to the forum. Most likely this weekend. I'm done for today. Sorry.

Here are some snappies. I can take more if necessary. What's a super nice find is not just that the electrical plug is still there, but the metal tag is also still there and can be read. I have NOT done anything to clean up any parts. Obviously, I would clean, new fasteners, and paint if I cannot sell it or I decide to install on my "Ultimate Fuel Sipper" project.

And more snappies. Includes inside and outside arms. Normally, folks don't grab both sets.

And more snappies. Original fasteners includes. Looks like 3 for the inner bar is missing and 1 for the outer bars. However, I would match the fasteners and go with new if it was me.

And more snappies. Bumper ends are not rotted away. Rusty but still showing some cladding which is nice. I would wire brush these and hit them with POR-15

And more snappies. The rear bumper has a nice ding in it on the passenger side, and some decent rust on the other end, but it doesnt show when the end cap is installed.

Last bunch of snappies. The Euro's on my red car had this type of surface rust also. I wire brushed it, POR-15, then top coated it with white paint. Overall, it worked out well. I think the rear bumper can be saved also with clean-up and paint, and care removing the ding. I would clean the rubber bits and re-dye them black also.

I plan on keeping the rear Euro Bumper. It's rough but you cannot see the roughness with the rubber ends and most of the damage came out.
Reduced Euro Hitch to $300 plus shipping and PayPal fees. It's heavy, so maybe Greyhound would be the best way to go. I doubt I will install this on my car(s), so letting it go (unless I change my mind which is doubtful). Letting it go for cheaps to move it .... PM if interested or if you need more pictrues. |
