OM602 Cylinder head and IP - N/A 190D 2.5
Just pulled a known good head off a '88 190D if anyone is interested. Head is very straight and engine was not overheated. Original HG looked great! I think this may be able to be run in a turbo 602 if you swap the prechambers.. (not totally sure on that, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can chime in) Car had 197k miles.

Prechamber bore sizes are different between na and turbo.

I knew the heads were not the same, but not 100% sure about the IP. Were they the same between na and turbo?
