W123 REAR SET EURO HEAT REST SET UP
Rear Seat Head Rests, material is Palamino / lighter tan color in the Euro Velour Cloth; includes everything a person needs to convert the back seat to Euro Head rests except your head rest covers if you have a different interior AND you will need to buy the "eyes" which are 2-part locking deals. I think they are around $10 from the dealer.
$150 plus whatever shipping is and PayPal fees.

Looks like the sun faded it some, but overall it's in pretty decent shape. The inner panels have remained in extremely nice shape. The lower corners did not crumble into dust but they did tear a little. I did not recall if I needed extra bars to do the conversion to Euro headrests, but I cut them out anyways. They are light and bend easy. They got bent a little from the saw. Otherwise, its all here for a conversion. If you have a different color, then you will need new head rest skins and the eyes.
For the Euro Cloth Euro Set, overall a nice deal for everything as pictured.

I dropped the price to $100 plus shipping which should be around $38. NO MORE rear seat cover. I tugged on it and the seams seem ready to go. So, just a head rest kit. In otherwords, everything as pictured EXCEPT the rear seat cushion cover.
