Just curious - why?

If your 240D has over 250k on the clock just fill out the form and swing by a dealer to get it signed. Don't cost 'nothin.

yup just got mine, complete with pin and nice document to go with it. Takes awhile, My dealer did not even know what I was asking for when I showed him the paper to sign, a newer guy probably had no clue .lol

Looking at the high mileage form it requests that the form be returned to Montvale, New Jersey. Did MBUSA move to Atlanta, Georgia? Maybe the address to return the form has changed.
