2nd disc

Ronald, I'm still awaiting the arrival of the second disc you promised me. Noticed that your e-mail address is no longer working. Remember the 2nd disc you sent me was scratched upon arrival and unusable due to ineffective packaging (2 disc's sent in a one disc case. I do believe I deserve a replacement, as I paid for two working disc's. Please respond asap.
