I recently purchased a 2000 ML 430 lease return and have 3 issues I can't figure out.

1. I need to replace or repair the switch mount for the back window
switches on the back center console. Someone pressed them into the console. How can I open that area?

2. I have a rattling that comes from the glove compartment. When I push and hold the glove compartment door down firmly it goes away. Any hint on how I can get rid of this noise?

3. The sinlge back seat on the passenger side rattles when no one sits in it and it is in the upward most back postion. Any hint on how to resolve this issue?

4. I am looking for black side steps, were can they be purchased at non dealer prices?
