Hi,
I am looking for a rear hatch for my 1985 td. I had parked the near perfect beauty in a garage in NYC. When I picked up the car at 2am, I did not inspect it as I usually do. The next day to my horror I discovered that someone had slowly backed into another car, gently forcing a large dent into the hatch.
A local autobody man suggested that it might be more cost effective to find a hatch from a parts car, and just have him repaint it.
Does anybody know of an eastcoast MB yard. I live about 100mile north of NYC.
