If the cylinder sleeves are in good shape, I would rebuild the engine, parts should run about $600, crank cut $125, but a lot of labor, I think its better than paying for a used motor which run about $1500-2000 and you will know that the rebuild is a good inside and out

Angry

I am in Maryland. I will probably rebuild the engine. I was hoping to find a good affordable engine around Washington DC, VA or MD area.

Potomac Auto is close by. I never bought from them, but my shop has and says that they're OK. I almost sold my 380 to them for parts when my timing chain rails broke, but I decided to rebuild the motor instead.
